Porcelain veneers vs. Invisalign and whitening?? ?
Which option is best for a 19yr old female?
My teeth are really white but also really crooked. I have a fascination with dental hygiene so my mouth and teeth are really healthy and clean.
I've been considering whether I want to acquire the perfect smile by investing in porcelain veneers or just getting invisalign and an ultra whitening kit...
I'd just like to hear some opinions. Thanks in advance!
neither one honestly...
go for clear brackets for braces, then whiten afterward. invisalign won't be able to correct severe crowding which is what it sounds like you have. porcelain veneers would only do a temporary job, they aren't good for a "forever" smile! you are still young enough to get braces and have your teeth move relatively easily! so i suggest going into an orthodontist's office to set up a consultation (these are usually free) and discussing the course of treatment with them. you will love the results and it will be worth it i promise! they should be able to work out a payment plan with you too so you won't have to fork out a lot of money all at once!
