i have some problem in my teeth. it is so yellow and wid more dirts. i ve undergone tooth cleaning one time. but there was no use of it. after some days the same situation came back. i m brushing twice a day(my toothpaste name is dabur red)and i hate chocolates and ice creams. but i dont know why all these problems! pls help!

better to use purified drinking water for mouth wash and drink

salt water gargle daily twice
