Just heard a few things about not brushing me teeth 1 hour after having sugar or any fruit.
So just wondered about some tips to prevent manky teeth 
PS: ive heard that after eating fruit or sugar if i brush my teeth straight away i'll take the enamel off my teeth..
Whenever you eat anything you should brush your teeth especially with sugar. You may not have to brush your teeth if it's like an apple,carrot,etc. But if its like gummies, sugar, chocolate, lunch,breakfast and dinner. Dentist recommend that you do.
