Should i brush my teeth with crest whitening paste 1hour before i use crest whitening strips or not?
When i get my paste i was thinking about brushing them 1hour before i use the strips. I would only do this once a day and before bed an i would brush my teeth in the morning with a different toothpaste e.g sensitive one. 
It wouldn't hurt. IF your teeth happen to become sensitive just cut back on how long or often you wear the strips. The 'whitening paste' isn't or shouldn't cause any sensitivity as whitening toothpastes really only help prevent stain they won't actually lighten or bleach your teeth. So using them together is fine. I have very sensitive teeth and for some reason sensitivity toothpastes make it worse for me! I have heard this from several people as well. But I guess just try it and see how you feel. And know that GEL is better than Paste as it is less abrasive. Good Luck!
