How do you use a Sonicare toothbrush behind the front lower teeth?
I recently switched to Sonicare and I'm having trouble using this thing. I seem to be irritating the gums behind my lower front teeth. I brush for three minutes and angle the brush 45 degrees on all my teeth except the back of the lower front which I can't hit at the right angle.
Try and hold the brush up and down and only use the tip to get the teeth and gums in that area. Part of the problem is that this is a hard area to brush so you probably didn't apply a lot of pressure before. Give it time. Your gums will actually start to produce more keratin and "toughen up."
