If you are having headaches everyday then its obvious that you will not be going to work or school as the pain is just too much. Doctors from the University of California mention that it is an inexpensive treatment that could end misery for millions of sufferers worldwide. Aspirin is a good drug but is old-fashioned. You should also consider the side effects that have been linked with it.
Relax And De-Stress:
Having headaches everyday can also be linked to stress. So try to find time to put your feet up and relax. People who have battled with depression are also more likely to suffer attacks. Lots of things can trigger a migraine, such as fizzy drinks, lack of sleep or even the weather to name a few. But stress is definitely one of them. Even packing to go away on holiday could be enough stress to trigger a migraine in some people.
Give Gadget A Go:
For those having headaches everyday their is a device that is held to the back of the head and transmits magnetic pulses. This has reduced sickness in many people it is claimed, as well as sensitivity to noise and light. Two-thirds of sufferers who tried the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation gadget, holding it to their head for two hours reported afterwards that their pain had completely gone or had reduced to just mild discomfort. Caution is advised.
