does not washing your face improve acne?

its seems like i have gone through about every thing out there....Neutrogena, clean & clear, Pro-active....im now using minocycline, and natures cure two-part system for males and those seem to be working until i wash my face in the morning with st.ives blemish control cleanser and at night with the st.ives apricot scrub (gentle)....my face gets really red, and the acne spots left behind keep getting redder...and more and more blemishes appear every day.

try not to use the scrub too often. it irritates some skin n that's why ur face and acne spots gets red. have u tried clinique products? it's really good esp the clarifying lotion.
if it helps.. i tried st.ives once but there seem to be no difference until i changed to clinique.
