There's where it is.
I've been trying to make portraits of people and more realistic looking pictures.
I think I'm doing well for a 14 year old, but I think I can improve so much more.

If you have any tips on shading, coloring, anatomy.. anything, please tell me. (:
You definitely need more shading and definition. Your people seem anatomically correct, but the coloring leaves them flat and lifeless. If you really want to achieve the "realistic" look, then you need to realize that in "real life", people don't have outlines. Try separating the parts using shadows and highlights instead of lines. If you feel that the lines are part of your personal style and want to keep them, try creating a little more shape by varying the thickness of them (such as thicker lines where there are darker shadows, and lighter lines where the shapes are less defined). I think the main thing your pictures need are a lot more shadows, especially in the hair and under the chins. If you are using a model or photo as reference, pay attention to how dark specific parts of the picture are. Another thing you could try is using more colors than just the flat colors and dark shadows. A lot of the time, different parts of the same thing with different lighting look a different color, and shadows are often tinted with other colors. To improve your art, especially try experimenting with highlights, since right now it looks like you're not using any at all. Good luck!
