corkscrew nose ring.. i cant get it in. Help?
right, so a few months ago i went and got my nose pierced. She pierced it with this straight one with a sort of cone on the end that goes inside your nose.
Anyway, i bought this new nose ring and its all curved, i think its called a corkscrew nose ring?
I cant get it in, it doesn't hurt its just really difficult to get in. I've searched youtube for videos but they dont really help. Anyone know how i could get it in??
You have to do the obvious, it's a corkscrew so you have to twist it as it goes in. It doesn't matter if the original piercing was straight, if you look at the corkscrew thing there should be a straight bit that sits in the hole. Try putting some kind of cream on it to make it easier to get in. Use something like savlon or another antiseptic. Don't force the nose ring in, it will just hurt and may cause an infection.
Edit; this may sound gross but put your finger up your nose as you try to put the corkscrew in, it will help you feel if the end of the corkscrew is in the right place to push it through.
