HELP! How do could I incubate and count bacteria colonies without lab equipment?
I'm doing a project that involves using culture plates to grow bacteria and counting the bacteria colonies.
Is it possible? Or should I find a lab?
If its possible to get fairly accurate results without going to a lab, would you explain the procedure?
definitely need lab equipment, especially for the counting part. You do realize bacteria is smaller than a cell by 10x. If you can't see cells on yourself, I don't think you'll be able to count, let alone incubate, a bacteria colony without spreading it.
