ok. first let me start off by saying one of my scales says i weight 189 and the other one tells me i am 189.8 i believe the second one is telling me the right weight since it is a digital scale. well my problem is that i need to be 189 or less pounds by tuesday. i don't have school in monday so i won't be able to go to wrestling practice on monday afternoon. neither can i go on monday morning because i have to get some tests done. my question is basically just this: Can I excercise for like 3 hours on monday after I get back from the lab? I am getting blood taken out for a lot of different tests...is it safe? and also how can I cut about 2 pounds just tomorrow?... i am tired of starving myself just to make weight.
Yes you should be able to exercise after given blood but make sure you are drinking plenty of water and do eat something to make sure you have the energy cause it can make you feel like you have less energy after given blood. as for losing the weight you can try to exercise in a plastic suit or use a garbage bag just cut some holes in it. it will help you to sweat more. god luck and making weight!
