Classic Teeth Whitening

tooth sensitivity and whitening?
i use crest white strips because i cant afford the professional whitening and im getting really good results from them as far as the whitening goes but its making my teeth super super sensitive.. im using sensodyne toothpaste and it seems to be helping but is this tooth sensitivity thing permenant or will my teeth return to normal once i stop using the strips?
im using the crest classic strips... would a different brand or different kind of strip be less painful? its not my gums or anything its just my teeth are so damn sensitive to temperature.. if i smile and im outside my teeth ache =(
please help
It seems a lot of people have some sort of problem with the strips or dentist bleaching. The dentist can tell you if you are even a good candidate for doing this, seems some people should never even try it, if you have healthy gums and no fillings you than you are the ideal candidate.
For those who get sensativity problems sometimes it goes away and for others it just stays. Read the article below about the risks and what to do, and also the article below the first link to read from people who whitened their teeth and what they went through.
