I need speed and long rolls, does it have any cons than price? But the only one side sealed is worrying me, even heard that little sand/dirt grain would be pulverized inner the bearing, but still worrying me.
Can it broke or get stickied on dirt in less than 1 week... and yes I ride and downhill a lot.

Unless you are going to be skating on wet roads or are racing downhill (40mph+), it is overkill.
Don;t worry about the shield only one one side. You don;t need a shield inside the wheel. All bearings can pulverize dirt.
You can get 8 sets of Swiss bearings for the cost of one full ceramic bearing.
I use Pig Swiss bearings on my downhill board and have had no problems in 4 years. Just keep them clean and well lubricated.
