yehm it is a good movie, but the first guys right, i'd rather not lie, but i might try asking if i can return it and see what thte say.
I bought a CSI DVD box set from Tescos as a gift for someone and when I got it home to check that it was ok on opening the box set the DVD cases were broken into little pieces and one of the DVD's was scratched. I took it back saying that I couldn't give this as a present and wanted my money back. They told me that they could not do this, I spoke to Tescos head office and they said it was up to the store manager to decide whether they want to give refunds or not.
I spoke to Trading Standards about this and they said that even thought it is unfair Tescos have the right to refuse.
